All our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the time you receive your order. If, at our examination, it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free.

Once we receive your items, we will check to make sure if the issue requires a repair or replacement. We then either repair in house or ship your device to the manufacturer so they can resolve more serious issues.
To help us process the warranty claim promptly, please ALWAYS request a Request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), pack and send the products to us, and we will take care of the rest. Warranty claim without RMA will result in significant delay.
