Rie400 hearing aids have two programs. 1st program is for quiet environments like TV or conversation, while 2nd program is recommended for noisy outdoor environments. Customers find the program for noisy environments helpful in reducing background noise.
How to switch program:
When the hearing device is turned ON, it will revert to previous program and volume setting.
Long press the lower portion of the rocker switch to switch listening programs.
