The "Quick Start Guide" in the manual says to "open the battery door, take battery out" before placing the hearing aids in the dehumidifier. I cannot locate a battery door on my EX2 units. Please be advised that the instructions on the "Quick Start Guide" in the manual says to "open the battery
door, take battery out" before placing the hearing aids in the dehumidifier only applies to battery operated device. If you have a rechargeable one, just put the hearing aids in the dehumidifier as it is.
