Here's the step-by-step on how to install volume booster: 1. Attach an ear dome to the tube; ear hook attaches by turning counter-clockwise onto device body. 2. Insert ear dome with tube attached into your ear canal. 3. Place device behind ear with ear hook resting on top of ear. Measure an appropriate length (3 mm/0.1 inch) using a mirror and trim tube at marked line. 4.
